The TG Profile features a rubber-covered metal case, spring-loaded primary sealing lip, and an auxiliary dust lip. The rubber-coated outer diameter improves static sealing between the seal and housing while compensating for minor housing imperfections. The primary sealing lip retains lubricants inside the equipment, while the dust lip prevents contaminants from entering the sealing area, helping extend the service life of bearings and rotating components.

The integrated garter spring maintains constant radial pressure on the shaft surface, ensuring stable sealing performance even under continuous operation. This design minimizes lubricant leakage, reduces shaft wear, and improves equipment reliability.

Manufactured from premium NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), the seal offers excellent resistance to:
