The GBP Profile is a specialized high-pressure oil seal design developed from the GB profile and incorporates an additional dust lip for enhanced contamination protection. The construction consists of a rubber-covered metal case, a specially designed primary sealing lip, a garter spring, and an auxiliary dust lip. This design provides superior sealing efficiency and supports operating pressures up to 10 bar (1 MPa).

The dust lip helps prevent dirt, dust, moisture, and abrasive contaminants from entering the system while the primary sealing lip retains lubricants and hydraulic fluids within the equipment. The rubber-covered outer diameter improves housing sealing and compensates for minor housing imperfections.

Manufactured from premium NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), the seal offers excellent resistance to mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, lubricating grease, gear oils, and petroleum-based lubricants. NBR provides excellent wear resistance, flexibility, and cost-effective sealing performance in industrial environments.
